Money Back Guarantee

Many of our clients come to us after being denied health insurance. As heartbreaking as that is, we often hear about how they are charged the full amount for psychiatry and therapy regardless, at an out-of-pocket cost. We at Crimson Holistic Wellness are not about wasting anyone’s time or money. We hate the idea of offering anyone false hope. We will never accept anyone into our programming solely to get paid. We deeply, truly care about every individual who comes to us. We are honest and straightforward with our clients, and would feel guilty accepting money if our renowned programming utilizing The Crimson 47 Method did not work for someone. Please rest assured that if you are accepted as a client and are not satisfied with the results from our mental health programs, Crimson Holistic Wellness is happy to offer a full refund. Exclusions apply. Read below for a list of excluded programs.

Exclusions:

Seminars and motivational speaking engagements are non-refundable, as are travel expenses for having our team travel to your  event. Ticket sales for events as well as retreat packages are also non-refundable. Services offered through other providers in conjunction with Crimson Holistic Wellness and The Crimson 47 Method would be eligible for the money back guarantee. Please note that most of our providers are independent contractors who each have their own separate policies, so an individualized service scheduled with them may not be included in the money back guarantee.
